1 Acceptance of Terms

• Inactivity — accounts that have not been accessed or funded for an extended period may be subject to dormancy review.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real money balances that were deposited by the player and are not subject to a dispute or investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
